AI SERVICES – Business Process Analyst–AI & Automation Solutions /BA/
We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to join our dynamic team as a digitalization expert. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, working closely with internal customers across our organization to transform their data landscape and optimize business processes. As part of our agile, multi-national team, you'll play a key role in shaping how our company leverages modern data platforms and automation to drive business value.

Your responsibilities will include:
Which challenges are expecting you:
• Analyze and document customer business processes, identifying opportunities for digitalization and automation
• Design end-to-end IT solutions that address business requirements while considering technical feasibility, scalability, and integration with existing systems
• Drive the architecture and implementation of data integration solutions across multiple platforms and systems
• Provide strategic consulting on process optimization, automation strategies, and data platform selection and integration
• Coordinate and steer technical teams through solution development, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution
• Facilitate requirements workshops with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical specifications
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal customers, guiding them through digital transformation initiatives
We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with the possibility of working from home , but twice a week we meet in the office in Košice or Bratislava for meetings.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee’s requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
What we expect from you:
Your skills:
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
• 5+ years of professional experience in IT consulting, solution architecture, or process digitalization
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
• Proven track record of designing and implementing IT solutions that combine multiple data platforms and systems
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures, integration patterns, and automation technologies
• Experience in leading or coordinating technical teams in agile project environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to have:
• Python knowledge (OOP, design patterns)
• Experience with enterprise data platforms (e.g., GCP, Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar)
• Background in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics projects
• Knowledge of modern development methodologies and DevOps practices
• Experience working in international, distributed teams
