We are a medium-size company, but our culture is very open, and we work on different tasks internationally. Our employees are open-minded, eager to develop their skills, cooperate with their team members, share knowledge,and think creatively. In terms of skills and experience, what are you looking for in candidates? <\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We seek candidates with accounting, and procurement skills, data science, data analysis, and so on. Along withEnglish as the company language, sometimes we also search for candidates with other languages like Polish,German or Hungarian.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For hard skills, I would say it differs from position to position. But we do not look only into hard skills. Yourpersonality, working attitude, ability to cooperate with colleagues…We cannot overlook these qualities as we hireemployees not only to perform at their position but also to create the company culture and bring our guidingprinciples to life.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

How should candidates prepare for a phone interview? <\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A phone interview (prescreening call) is scheduled as the first step after we receive your application. Be ready for a 30 mins phone call with a recruiter who will ask you several questions to find out more details about yourqualification, experience, and expectations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
