    Manages tactical sourcing activities, analyzes procurement performance and benchmarks, oversees contracts and supplier relationships, drives supplier collaboration and innovation, leads digital transformation in procurement, and ensures efficient operational procurement services.

    Manages accounting tasks, ensures accurate financial reports, oversees payment processes, and standardizes finance procedures across regions.

  • Employee Services

    Develops HR strategies, manages employment processes (pay, benefits, recruiting), and supports staff transformation projects.

  • Supplier & Procurement Services

    Handles tactical buying, manages contracts and vendors, oversees order processing, provides helpdesk support, and resolves price discrepancies to ensure smooth and compliant procurement operations.

    Manages billing, payment, and collection processes, ensuring accuracy and customer support.

    Provides end-to-end customer support, manages inquiries, and resolves supplier and accounting issues.

    Centralizes and optimizes service processes, oversees digitization, and manages DTSE’s performance and strategic data needs.

  • Performance Controlling

    Provides transparent reporting on quality, efficiency, and costs, along with key financial analyses to support company-wide decision-making.

  • Compliance, Risk & Contract Management

    Manages compliance, risk, and contract processes, ensuring legal frameworks, data privacy, and risk reporting are in place.

  • Communication

    Builds DTSE’s brand identity, supports change management, and creates communication tools for stakeholders, focusing on both internal and external messaging.

  • Digitalization Services

    Offers digital and automation solutions like RPA and e-signatures, optimizing DTSE’s processes and customer operations.

  • Strategy & Service Portfolio Management, Design Authorities & AI Services

    Drives growth by analyzing market trends, developing strategies, standardizing processes, delivering AI solutions, and managing agile projects to align with strategic goals and enhance digitization.

  • HR Business Partner

    Supports DTSE's objectives by delivering HR services, implementing strategies, and addressing business needs to drive success.
