We are looking for Fraud Case Specialist to identify, analyze, and resolve fraud-related cases in a telecommunications environment. In this role, you will help prevent financial losses, detect fraud patterns early, and contribute to the continuous improvement of fraud prevention processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analysis and processing of fraud cases (e.g. identity misuse, subscription fraud, international revenue share fraud)
• Review of suspicious customer accounts, usage data, and transactions
• Conducting case investigations, including documentation and evaluation of findings
• Initiating appropriate measures (e.g. service suspensions, escalations, recoveries)
• Cooperation with internal stakeholders (Customer Service, Collections, Security, Legal, Compliance)
• Maintaining and evaluating fraud statistics and reports
• Contributing to the optimization of control mechanisms and fraud prevention processes
• Supporting special analyses and projects within fraud management 

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor in Business Administration
• Ideally, professional experience in fraud management, risk management, collections, or telecommunications (insurance, bank sector is OK as well)
• Basic knowledge of telecommunications products and processes is an advantage
• Confident use of IT systems and MS Office applications (especially Excel)
• Experience in analyzing data and identifying anomalies is desirable
• Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail
• Structured and independent working style
• Strong sense of responsibility and high integrity
• Excellent communication skills and confident demeanor, including in critical situations
• High resilience and decision-making ability
• Team-oriented mindset and discretion when handling sensitive data
• Basic knowledge of data protection regulations (GDPR)
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in the telecommunications sector
• Experience working with internal policies and control systems
