We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team in Quality Assurance for Fraud Management. In this role, you will ensure fraud prevention and case handling processes meet high quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Your work will help minimize risk, reduce errors, and support continuous improvement in fraud detection and resolution.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular quality reviews of fraud cases, decisions, and processing workflows
• Assessing compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards
• Analyzing sources of errors, deviations, and weaknesses within fraud management processes
• Preparing quality reports, KPIs, and actionable recommendations for specialists and management
• Close collaboration with operational fraud management teams, Compliance, Risk Management, and, where applicable, Internal Audit
• Developing, maintaining, and optimizing audit standards, control methodologies, and quality guidelines
• Supporting audits, internal controls, and external examinations
• Training and coaching employees with regard to quality standards and best practices
• Monitoring the effectiveness of fraud prevention and fraud investigation measures 

What we expect from you:

 • Completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Law) or a comparable commercial qualification
• Several years of experience in fraud management, risk management, quality assurance, or compliance
• Knowledge of common fraud patterns, prevention measures, and analytical methods
• Proficient use of relevant IT systems (e.g., SAP, data warehouse solutions), case management tools, and reporting software
• Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., anti-money laundering, data protection, internal control systems)
• Experience in analyzing data, KPIs, and quality metrics 
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Objective, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• High sense of responsibility and integrity
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness, including in critical discussions
• Ability to prepare and explain complex topics in a clear and understandable manner
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to provide constructive feedback
• High level of initiative and a continuous improvement mindset
