EC Test Lead
- Deutsche Telekom is transforming its HR IT Landscape
- One of the biggest Transformation will be the transformation of our core HR System
- SAP Success Factors Employee Central will be used in the future for managing employee master data (PA, OM) as well as compensation and time management
- We are looking for new colleagues that can support the HR business side in project steering, requirement definition, testing and vendor steering
- The IT part (configuration in the system) will be done by a vendor
EC Test Lead
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the sub-stream “Testing & Migration” in the global Successfactors employee central implementation project
- Create an overall test & migration strategy
- Define test cases / scenarios
- Configure migration and test automation tools
- Conduct user acceptance test from business perspective
- Consult on best practice test management
Experience:
- You have lead Employee Central implementations on large scale (5k+ users) in international multi-country approaches
- You have designed global templates for data and process
We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with the possibility of home office, but twice a week we meet in the office for meetings.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee’s requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
What we expect from you:
- University degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
