Analytik/Analytička kreditných rizík s poľským jazykom
Tvoja agenda bude zahŕňať:
- Vykonávanie kreditnej kontroly zákazníkov s cieľom minimalizovať kreditné riziko a podporovať nové akvizície.
- Návrh optimalizácie procesu kreditnej kontroly.
- Spracovanie a vyhodnocovanie jednotlivých prípadov podaných na kreditnú kontrolu.
- Príprava pravidelných správ o vyhodnotených prípadoch, monitorovanie výsledkov a návrh opatrení na podporu nových akvizícií.
- Spracovanie prípadov a podpora vývoja nástroja.
- Koordinácia riešenia prípadov kreditnej kontroly s tímom predaja a podpory a ostatnými tímami u zákazníka.
- Vyhodnocovanie a návrh riešení eskalovaných prípadov.
- Zabezpečenie kvality prostredníctvom mechanizmu interných kontrol (ICS).
- Samostatná práca na pravidelných a pridelených ad hoc úlohách, podpora projektov v spoločnosti.
- Podpora tímovej práce a efektívnej spolupráce.
Čo od teba očakávame:
- Vzdelanie v oblasti financií, ekonómie alebo príbuzného odboru
- Skúsenosti z oblasti financií (kreditné riziko) alebo bankovníctva sú výhodou
- Aktívna komunikácia v poľskom jazyku (podmienkou), anglický jazyk je výhodou
- Dobré PC zručnosti
- Samostatnosť aj schopnosť efektívne pracovať v tíme
- Dobré komunikačné zručnosti
- Ochota pracovať na zmeny a občas aj počas víkendov (nie každý víkend)

Annual bonus
In accordance with the employer’s compensation policy, employees are eligible for an annual bonus of up to 5% (expert positions) or 15% (managerial positions) of their annual base salary, subject to achieving 100% of the performance criteria defined by the employer.

Employees can organize their working day according to their preferences, while respecting the core working hours from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Entitlement to one or more paid leave days without the need to provide a medical certificate. The number of days is determined by the line manager. Additional paid leave is provided to parents of first-grade schoolchildren on their child’s first school day.
Company Mobile Phone
Company mobile phone for both business and personal use, including unlimited calls, SMS/MMS, and 15 GB of EU roaming data at 4G speed. After the data allowance is consumed, the speed is reduced to 128 kbps.
