CUF Specialist with Polish language
We are looking for a CUF Specialist with advanced Polish language skills and a strong interest in financial processes. In this role, you will support end-to-end order-to-cash activities, including payment allocation, collections, dispute resolution, and financial reporting, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.
CUF Specialist with Polish language
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash activities, including payment allocation, collections, dispute resolution, fraud handling, and customer billing inquiries.
- Ensure accuracy in accounting processes, cash flow forecasting, and pre-closing activities.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities, including internal controls (ICS) and compliance requirements.
- Communicate with internal/external stakeholders and third parties to resolve issues and ensure smooth process execution.
- Prepare reports on Order-to-Cash performance and key financial metrics.
- Identify and resolve process inconsistencies and actively contribute to process improvements, simplification, and automation initiatives.
- Perform complex independent tasks within Accounting / Order-to-Cash and handle ad-hoc assignments.
- Participate in project work and ensure high-quality, timely delivery in line with defined performance standards.

Annual bonus
In accordance with the employer’s compensation policy, employees are eligible for an annual bonus of up to 5% (expert positions) or 15% (managerial positions) of their annual base salary, subject to achieving 100% of the performance criteria defined by the employer.
Meal Allowance
Meal contribution of EUR 7.50 per working day, of which EUR 6.50 is paid by the employer, provided in advance via a Ticket Restaurant card or as a financial allowance.

Additional paid leave is provided to parents of first-grade schoolchildren on their child’s first school day.

Company mobile phone for both business and personal use, including unlimited calls, SMS/MMS, and 15 GB of EU roaming data at 4G speed. After the data allowance is consumed, the speed is reduced to 128 kbps.
