Process and Quality Manager for Billing – Mass Market
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Process and Quality Manager for Billing to join our team and take ownership of data protection and compliance across our IT systems. In this role, you will act as a key business-side partner, ensuring that all systems meet strict data protection, security, and regulatory requirements throughout their entire lifecycle — from development to daily operation.
Process and Quality Manager for Billing – Mass Market
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible on the business side for ensuring data protection compliance for assigned IT systems in accordance with Group policy throughout the entire system lifecycle, from development to operation
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant data protection, security and compliance requirements and processes (e.g. Privacy and Security Assessment, IRON procedure)
- Regularly review the alignment between the data protection policy and the works agreement and ensure that system documentation is up to date and complete.
- Ensure the appointment of a technical system owner and regularly monitor the proper performance of duties
- Providing technical and content-related support for the works council co-determination process
- Ensuring up-to-date knowledge of IT systems, user groups, and relevant information security and data protection risks. This also includes knowledge of deletion and archiving requirements
- Collaboration or management of projects related to our business.
What we expect from you:
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in business administration, information technology (IT) or finance
- 1-2 years background in billing processes or finance preferred
- Good understanding of billing, with a background in economics and financ
- User experience with management information systems / reporting systems
- Ability to understand the entire Order-to-Cash process, including customer service, billing, payment, and collection
- German (fluent) and English
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Analytical, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to understand end-to-end process
- Detail oriented problem solving skills as well as being able to employ critical thinking and time management
- Independent and comprehensive thinking
